Our classes are a fusion of evidence based movement, breath and mindfulness practices grounded in ancient yogic wisdom.
These practices help to support nervous system health, aid in long lasting neuroplastic changes and cultivate holistic wellbeing.
Our final class for 2024 will be Sunday the 22nd of December 9am Hatha flow with Greer.
Our first class for 2025 will be Monday the 13th January Subtle Flow with Nicole.
All autopay passes will automatically go on hold on Sunday 22nd December at 11am and we will be reactivated on Monday the 13th January at 8am.

Raw Wellbeing offers a range of classes to suit different needs, ranging from very slow and grounded relaxation practices, to stronger and dynamic practices. All our classes move at a mindful pace so there is time to give things a go.
All our classes and private sessions are designed to be inclusive by offering different options and variations that can be adapted for individual needs. This way we can offer you the opportunity to understand your own body-mind connection in a more grounded and effective way. This is known as a βMental Health Awareβ or βTrauma informedβ approach.
Over years of teaching and training others to teach, Nicole and John have an in-depth understanding of the body-mind connection. They understand the importance of mindfulness and embodiment practices to maintain great mental health, keep stress in balance, support illness and injury recovery as well as navigating the delicate process of getting older.

If you are looking at coming to group classes our space takes up to a max of 12 students at a time, so classes will always be small. There is fresh tea brewed if you want to arrive a few minutes early and settle in before your session.
Through hours of dedicated practice and training, both Nicole and John are highly qualified Yoga Instructors, Teacher Trainers and mental health professionals. Under the name Raw Yoga, Nicole and John have been sharing a love of mindful movement for the past 10 years. After a short hiatus, in February 2023 Nicole and John re-launched their new studio space back in Milford - Raw Wellbeing
