✨ Two Yoga Practices – Begin with 45 minutes of Aerial Yoga and 45 minutes of Stretch & Flow, switching halfway so everyone enjoys both playful flight and grounded movement.
✨ Nourishing Break – Pause for 30 minutes to sip tea, enjoy healthy snacks, and mingle with our community.
✨ Sound Bath – Close with a 60-minute immersive sound journey led by Devonport local legend Cheryl Farthing, whose singing bowls and gong will guide you into deep, nurturing relaxation.
Finish your weekend feeling lighter, renewed, and fully reconnected—body, mind, and spirit.
