✨ Nourishing Break – Pause for 30 minutes to sip tea, enjoy healthy snacks, and mingle with our community.
✨ Sound Bath – Close with a 60-minute immersive sound journey led by Devonport local legend Cheryl Farthing, whose singing bowls and gong will guide you into deep, nurturing relaxation.

You’ll learn foundational postures, simple breathing techniques, and gain a clear understanding of how to approach yoga with confidence.
