Subtle Energy Yoga
In Subtle Energy Yoga classes, we weave together the ancient wisdom of yoga and the proven principles of energy medicine to create a truly restorative and healing experience.
Through the integration of subtle energy techniques, working with both external and internal subtle energies, we can augment the traditional yoga practice.
Together, we’ll work to release blockages, restore balance, and cultivate a greater sense of vitality.
Conscious movement supports introspection as we awaken and activate the physical and energetic channels of the body. Through this mindful movement we create spaciousness within our cells and throughout the body, which radiates outward through the subtle energy system. This opens the door to a deeper connection with ourselves physically and energetically, increasing our sensitivity and awareness of subtle energies.
After enlivening the physical and subtle energy systems, we transition into an energy healing meditation. Supported by the previous practices, this meditation deepens the release of what no longer serves us, and invites in those energies that support and strengthen our system and energetic field.
Expect to leave feeling renewed, balanced, and aligned, with a greater sense of connection to yourself and your inner vitality.

In this workshop we will briefly explore the anatomy of the pelvis and spine and how to experience this knowledge through your own body's wisdom. We will also look at simple practices to empower others to experience their spine and pelvis in a supportive way.

Allowing Space and Time
Join us for a rejuvenating 2.5-hour yoga workshop designed to provide you with the space and time to deepen your practice in a thoughtful and supportive environment. This session offers an opportunity to explore movement with intention, expand your understanding of key poses/asana, and connect more fully with your body and breath. We’ll move through a balanced and adaptable sequence, incorporating props and wall space to ensure every pose meets your unique needs. The workshop includes the opportunity to work on poses chosen by students, as we break them down step-by-step to explore their mechanics and preparatory movements. If you’d like to focus on a particular pose, feel free to share your choice with us by February 25th. While the workshop highlights strength-building practices, especially those supporting spinal health, the emphasis remains on cultivating ease and longevity in your yoga journey. You'll gain insights into how to approach your practice in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable. To round out the experience, we’ll harmonize the nervous system by balancing energizing movements with finishing seated poses. The session will close with calming restoratives and pranayama, leaving you grounded and centered. This enriching experience blends self-care, mindful movement, and a deeper connection to your practice and community, with the intention of leaving you feeling balanced, strong, and inspired.

This training is designed to equip you to deliver flow based Yoga classes with an understanding of the Trauma informed approach, which is compassion based and an opportunity to understanding individual needs. Teaching using the Raw approach helps you invite your students and participants to explore their own modifications, options and variations. This means that your students will get to know themselves from the inside out, so that they can reclaim the right to move in a way that feels free and empowering.
