200RYT Raw Yoga Teacher Training
This training is designed to equip you to deliver flow based Yoga classes with an understanding of the Trauma informed approach, which is compassion based and an opportunity to understanding individual needs. Teaching using the Raw approach helps you invite your students and participants to explore their own modifications, options and variations. This means that your students will get to know themselves from the inside out, so that they can reclaim the right to move in a way that feels free and empowering.
Chair Yoga Workshop
This weekend course is available to those who have completed a 200RYT or equivalent.
Understand the basics of teaching yoga with a chair.
We will cover adapting a yoga practice for less abled body’s using the chair.
How you can use the chair to support bigger poses and find a different perspective for self adjustments and alignment.

Orgonite Sound Bath
This special event is a chance to bathe in not only the incredible sound frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, you will also be emerged in the energy of our very own handcrafted Orgonite Pyramids. Your ticket to this special event will include the sound bath experience, along with your very own mini Orgonite Pyramid to take home with you!
A Sisterhood Circle
There will be some gentle Yoga, some gentle Breathwork and other safe and natural self-care practices to take home with you.
We circle up as ourselves and to spend quality time with each other.
We will be sharing Mama Kakao and tea.
We nourish to flourish.
